DRAGON goes ORGANIC

In 2023 we will become Organic. Sounds easy and obvious right? But it is not. Far from it. We asked ourselves what ORGANIC really means. In our case the difficulty is to obtain apples from BIO-certified orchards, with additional difficulties that not every apple variety is cultivated in an organic way. But we are making our way forward and 2023 will see our first ORGANIC cider.
